The Amsterdam Business School’s Master’s programme in Business Economics: Real Estate Finance teaches you how to understand the role of real estate assets for individual and institutional investors. The Master of Science in Business Economics is a one-year programme of 60 ECTS credits (1 ECTS credit = 0.5 US credits). The academic year runs from September to the beginning of July and is divided into two semesters, each with three periods. Each period is rounded off with an examination.
The Master's thesis is the final piece of work you will be required to complete prior to graduation. You’ll write the thesis based on your chosen track, and will be supervised by one of the researchers from this specialisation.
