Program Description
This degree program provides for an in-depth examination of theory and principles in the human resource management and human resource development functional areas. The program incorporates several management disciplines such as organizational development and change, performance management and measurement and human resource management and develops practical management skills. It also provides students with the opportunity to have their work experiences with classmates and to apply learned skills in their workplace.
The Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development (MS-HRM&D) is offered at selected locations convenient to students who meet in cohort groups which remain together for the entire program. Courses are presented sequentially in a variety of week-end and weekday schedules.
