Program Description

The MPhil in Social Policy and Development is an interdisciplinary Masters coursework and research program that is intended to build your knowledge and practice capacity in developing and analyzing social policies and interventions intended to address social development challenges at the national, community and household level in South Africa and the Southern African region. The course will also have applicability to other development contexts.

Admission requirements:

Honors or four-year degree in a related field, which should have been obtained with a minimum average of 70%

Duration of program:

2 years (full time) or 3 years (part-time)
