It enhances analytical and research skills and provides sociological and philosophical insights into the study of education.This programme provides opportunities to engage with significant questions, issues and debates within education studies. Students advance their analytical skills, deepen theirunderstanding of educational theory and methodology, and develop their capacity to reflect critically on professional practice.Drawing upon differing disciplines and schools of thought, including sociology, law, philosophy, political theory and feminism, the programme invites students to analyse educational experiences, values and practices in ways that are creative, rigorous and rewarding.
