Introduction
MARKETING (ENGLISH, THESIS)
Profile of the Program
The Marketing MA program encourages students to conduct academic research with an emphasis on the interplay between theory development and empirical research. This program aims to enhance strategic thinking and planning capabilities of students, and give a true understanding and experience to the students in marketing research.
Qualification Awarded
The students who successfully complete the program are awarded the degree of Master of Arts.
Specific Admission Requirements
The Graduate Programs with thesis accept students with the evaluation of; the score of ALES or International exams like GRE and GMAT which are approved by Higher Education Council (YÖK). International Students are accepted to the graduate programs with an internationally accredited undergraduate diploma and the score of above-mentioned exams. The acceptance of exchange students is executed within the framework of mutual agreements (Erasmus or General Academic Protocol) between Bahçeşehir Universtiy and the partner universities. Special Students can be registered to the courses upon approval of the related academic unit.
Recognition of Prior Learning
At Bahcesehir University, full-time students can be exempted from some courses within the framework of the related by-laws. If the content of the course previously taken in another institution is equivalent to the course offered at BAU, then the student can be exempted from this course with the approval of the graduate school after the evaluation of the course content.

The students graduating from this program are awarded Master of Marketing degree.

Graduate students of Marketing Graduate Program might have carrier opportunities in the academic area, as well as a very broad field of work opportunities in public and private organizations in different sectors of marketing such as corporate communications, public relations, and advertising departments.
Graduation Requirements
The students studying in Marketing program are required to have a Cumulative Grade Points Average (Cum. GPA) of not less than 3.00/4.00 and no failing grades with minimum 120 ECTS credits.
