The Master of Arts in International Management offers a comprehensive program that prepares you for an international career.

The two-year study program includes innovation management to incorporate technological foresight, commercialization and the protection of intellectual property in decision-making processes. Estimating and evaluating corporate risk, risk management in value creation and finance, and continental-European law and company law are integral parts of our International Management degree.

A Master of Arts in International Management degree from SRH Hochschule Berlin is an excellent foundation for tackling management tasks in industry or for realizing your academic aspirations towards a doctoral thesis.

International environment

The international environment at our university is present among our students as well as our courses. 41% of the students (in the master program over 80%) studying at SRH Hochschule Berlin are from countries all over the world. In our programs, we incorporate international aspects of business and cultural life into most of the modules such as Contract & Company Law, Corporate Social Responsibility, Intercultural Management, International Risk Management, or Foreign Trade.

Admission Requirements

* Academic Requirements

Prerequisite for admission to the Master of Arts in International Management program is a Bachelor or equivalent academic degree. Successful completion of Bachelor's programs in the fields of Business Administration, Economic Engineering, or Information Systems generally contains the essential academic experience for admission.

However, applicants possessing non-economic degrees are still welcome to apply: Qualification will be determined by individual consideration by our admissions committee; should further coursework be necessary, participation in appropriate Bachelor's courses will be made possible.

Language skills

The entire degree is taught in English. All applicants must prove sufficient linguistic proficiency in order to receive admission. Proof will be accepted in the form of a

  • TOEFL®-Test: 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based) or 80 (internet-based).
  • IELTS (academic) minimum score of 6.5.
  • TOEIC minimum score of 730.

Should the applicant be a native English speaker or have completed a Bachelor's degree or similar program taught entirely in English, the language requirement may be waived.

While German language skills are not mandatory for admission, we offer German courses to admitted students free of charge in order to facilitate better communication while living in Germany.
