How can we make such a claim? Because this is the only course that brings copywriters, art directors and account planners together to work on a combination of course – and client – set “live” briefs. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead teams of undergraduate advertising students, mirroring the professional creative team-leadership role.
Whether you’re a writer, art director or planner, we’ve designed the course to help you improve your specialist skills while at the same time improving your ability to collaborate. Some of the modules are discipline-specific and others require you to work in teams – and lead junior associates – as creative leaders do in agencies.

A combination of specialist modules and business-focused modules
Hone your specialist skills in copywriting, art direction or account planning. You’ll learn to speak the language of business to the world’s top marketing executives: your future clients.
Present your final project to advertising executives at a major global advertising agency, and mentor undergraduate teams through the process. The presentation of your project will be done virtually (via Skype or Google etc.) or you can opt-in to travel to the agency headquarters for your final presentation.

Copywriters, art directors, and account planners come from a wide variety of backgrounds: some have degrees in Art, Graphic Design, English, or Creative Writing. Others have degrees in Business or Psychology. You may have skipped undergraduate study and gone into sales, or retail, and become interested in advertising and marketing from direct experience of the marketplace.
