Introduction
Social Pedagogy is a master degree study field in the frame of study program Specialization in Pedagogy, organized in the full-time form of study.
Profile of graduates and their prospective employment:
Graduates have a broad knowledge and understanding of the field of social pedagogy, sociology, law, social policy, anthropology, management of human resources, demography and statistical methods. Graduates can find employment especially in the field of socio-pedagogical prevention; work with children, young adults, and adults during their leisure time activities; in the field of socio-pedagogical therapy or social work. They can also get qualifications for senior and leading positions in the social sphere.
A prerequisite for acceptance for this program: Completed bachelor's program in social pedagogy is needed otherwise supplementary introductory module by Faculty of Education is requested for an additional fee.
- Duration: 2 years (= 4 semesters/terms)

Organization of studies:
Autumn/Winter term: 13 weeks from 3rd week of September + examination period
Spring/Summer term: 13 weeks from 2nd week of February + examination period

Admission procedure:
Application deadline: 31st March (for starting studies in September)

- a copy of their bachelor ́s degree diploma presented in English and verified by a notary
- a letter of motivation in English (3600 letters)

*Applicants are supposed to give information on their previous bachelor's degree studies and study results, of their study objectives and expectations, of their previous practical experience and other professional skills. - no additional entrance tests will be administered,
- no oral examination.
Maximum possible rating: 100 points
Minimum boundary for admission: 50 points
