The Bible is primarily a religious book. It contains a series of writings in which the first Jewish tradition and Christian have since recognized the word of God. But the Bible is also an important historical source of the cultural roots of the West. This master, taught in Salamanca and in Jerusalem, offers the possibility of being familiar with biblical texts and their vital context through direct contact with the scenarios in which they were born.
Provide a critical and rigorous access to the Bible through an instrumental mastery of their languages, the practice of exegesis of his texts and knowledge of the context in which they were born. Special emphasis on knowledge of the context, especially from the point of view of archeology
