The MSc program in Applied Physics attracts students in pursuit of a path of study that integrates physics research with technological development. Designed to allow students to deepen their scientific knowledge in their field of expertise, the program offers hands-on experience with basic technologies in the chosen field, and provides knowledge in other branches of science and engineering that are relevant to their chosen field of expertise.
Admissions
Scholarships and Funding
All students accepted into the MSc. program with a B.Sc. average higher than 85, are entitled to a scholarship and a teaching salary.
Curriculum
Our MSc program offers four specialization tracks:
- Optoelectronics
- Microelectronics
- Nanoscience and Nanotechnology
- Quantum Technologies
Studies combine theoretical courses, both mandatory and elective, with independent research under the mentorship of a renowned faculty member and include the completion of a research thesis and a final oral exam, as per the degree requirements.
