The Graziadio School seeks applicants with professional work experience who want to develop or enhance their leadership skills. The admission committee evaluates each candidate's overall credentials, including work experience, test scores, and academic preparation.
The 16-month M.S. in Management and Leadership program offers deep insights into your own values as well as those shared by the organization. Learn the dynamics of working in groups and what impacts corporate culture in order to build a foundation for enhancing your managerial influence. In addition, the program addresses such key issues facing managers today as conflict management, dispute resolution, systems thinking, productivity, and improving organizational performance.
As part of your learning experience, you will also have the opportunity to create a leadership development plan, receive individual peer coaching, complete a service-leadership project in the community, and undertake an applied consulting project in a client organization.
