Program Description

Executive MBA Program (EMBA)

University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business

Maximize your return on investment.

The Executive MBA Program attracts successful, motivated, high-potential professionals who work and study together in a collaborative environment. Designed for experienced managers who want to engage in a rigorous MBA program with other leaders, the coursework allows participants to apply their new skills and knowledge immediately.

The same core curriculum and standards as our full-time MBA program are offered while recognizing the value of the experience and knowledge that more senior participants can bring to their graduate classroom.

The EMBA class stays together for the duration of the program, and study groups are formed to foster teamwork, networking, and mutual support. A key EMBA advantage is the sense of community that develops among students as you study together, confront similar workplace challenges. The result is a lasting and diverse network of business colleagues — and friends.

Convenient Schedule.

The EMBA is a 21-month program that begins once each year in the fall. Classes are held every other week on consecutive Fridays and Saturdays. This unique interchange enables students to bring current work experiences into the classroom and to apply acquired knowledge for a direct and immediate impact on their companies. This convenient schedule accommodates executives who want to earn their MBAs and maintain their career momentum while juggling the demands of work, travel, and family.
