Introduction
The aim of the second-cycle studies in the field of environmental protection is:
- familiarizing the student with the practical use of knowledge about the phenomena and processes occurring in the environment,
- familiarize the student with the basic technological issues
- and putting into practice the knowledge that provides the basis for solving technical, technological and organizational problems related to the protection, use and transformation of environmental resources,
- preparing graduates to use their knowledge in practice and to carry out design, execution, operation, renovation and construction as well as production and commercial works in the field of environmental protection in all areas of economy and administration,
- providing the student with information and developing the skill of explaining cause-effect relationships occurring in natural and anthropogenic ecosystems for the needs of comprehensive management and management of space,
- providing the student with detailed, specialist knowledge and skills within the framework of the specialties, useful on the labor market,
- preparing the graduate to use knowledge in practice, open to proceeding in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
