Introduction
The Master's programme in Electrical Engineering offers an internationally recognised qualification. It meets the requirements of high-tech companies for highly qualified employees in research and development departments or for initial managerial roles. A strong practical relevance is thus of great importance.
With the subject area of automation engineering, particularly with specialisations in control engineering, embedded systems, and robotics, knowledge is conveyed that is of great importance in both the automobile industry and its supply businesses as well as in other industrial sectors. The first year of the Master's programme in Electrical Engineering contains mandatory modules and mandatory electives that consolidate the knowledge and skills already acquired on the Bachelor's programme in the essential development and research-related branches of electrical engineering.
The graduates acquire the skills for working creatively from project work. In the process, the knowledge already acquired is placed in a greater theoretical context. The Master's thesis consolidates these skills and competences through practical implementation.
