CEMS Master's in International Management
The CEMS Master's in International Management (MIM) program is an internationally recognized pre-experience master program open to highly skilled students aiming at an international business career. Ranked as one of the best business master programs in the world by the Financial Times, the CEMS MIM program provides a solid combination of theoretical knowledge and hands on practical skills. By involving its corporate partners in both the curriculum and out of class activities, the CEMS MIM program successfully bridges the academic and corporate worlds – a unique feature which helps graduates cope with professional challenges right after graduation. The CEMS MIM program is run by the CEMS Global Alliance in Management Education – an alliance of business schools, multinational companies and NGO’s awarding the CEMS MIM diploma. The global nature of the CEMS MIM program is reflected by the international background of the students: currently, more than 60 countries are represented by at least one student, of which 25 are non-European.
Admission to the CEMS MIM program is conditional on admission to the MSc in Marketing program, the MSc in Business Information Systems program or MBA program; however, it is a separate process with different conditions. While there is no additional tuition fee for the CEMS MIM program, the program does involve additional costs (e.g. travel) from the participants. Awarding the CEMS MIM degree is conditional on the completion of the student's enrolled master program. Together the two degrees offer excellent international employability to graduates.
It is a 65 ECTS global consortium degree among 27 universites, where students spend one semester at a consurtium partner during their studies. CEMS MIM is fully integrated into the MSc in Marketing, the MSc in Business Information Systems program and MBA programs as an elective module so students can complete their course work during the master program time frame.
