Your study is made up of compulsory and elective modules. The compulsory modules consist of two to three systematically coordinated individual events each. General priorities of the Master Program are Sustainable Design and Building, Designing, economy, energy efficiency, law and business, project development and Property and Construction Management.
Across the modules Theory of Architecture, Design and Construction I and II, Construction Management and Law, two elective courses, a CAD module and the Master's thesis and the colloquium are to be completed.
The program comprises 90 credit points (CP), with a standard study period of three semesters. During this time, eight 5-week modules, a 2-week module, and the Master's thesis in the amount of 3 months must be completed. Applicants with 180 CP can under a preliminary course 30 CP purchase (start: April) to achieve the prescribed by the Standing Conference for obtaining a Master's degree 300 CP.
