Your study of International Human Resource Management (IHRM) will include the analysis of models, theoretical frameworks, past and current IHRM practices and skills workshops. It is designed to meet and reflect the CIPD's professional standards and expectations. It provides learners with the essential requirements needed to work within the broad context of people management. Upon graduation, you will gain a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) graduate status in a minimum of 18 months part-time, in addition to a Masters level Degree in IHRM.

The programme consists of eight modules and a dissertation. These programmes are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect new developments, the requirements of the HRM profession, and needs of industry and legislation. All modules are 15 credits with the exception of the Dissertation which is 60 credits.
