The Master in People Management and Human Resources Management in Madrid is taught on the ESIC Business & Marketing School campus. Our campus in Madrid opened in 2021 and has 40 classrooms, an auditorium for 300 people, 16 work rooms, 5 meeting points, a gym, a mindfulness room, a cafeteria and much more. Our classrooms are full of master's and postgraduate students specializing in marketing, management and technology. The campus is the ideal place to network, work on your ideas and learn. But, above all, it is the perfect place to live in the present and build the future.

OBJECTIVES OF THE MASTER'S DEGREE IN PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT [DRHO]
- You will design the people strategy with the organizational objectives, considering the new environment and the digital ecosystem, assessing the impact on the SDGs.

The academic program is made up of seven learning modules and a final project. Within each block you will study different subjects that can be complemented with workshops, business realities or practical cases.

In this module you will learn to develop a strategic vision, to know how to convert our structures into more versatile assets to respond agilely to changes. You will also learn to become aware of the impact of the company's values on employee behavior, designing proposals that generate commitment to the customer experience, the environment and the sustainability of the business.

In this module you will learn to develop the strategic people plan aligned with the company's strategy, building action plans that take care of the employee and promote sustainability. You will also know how to calculate the HR budget, and calculate the ROI of the actions that are carried out. do to fulfill the people's plan. You will create a dashboard (People Analytics) that will allow you to make predictions, visualizations and projections, for better decision making.
You will self-knowledge the impact of the level of leadership and communication, and create a development plan until you reach the level required for People Management.
