Objectives
The master's degree aims to provide students with the technical knowledge and operational and strategic skills for the proficient performance of functions in the areas of human resources management and people management in organizational environments.

Organization
The master's degree is organized into four semesters, totaling 120 credits. The first three semesters are fully filled with the curricular component, making a total of 78 credits. The fourth and last semester is dedicated to the elaboration of the TFM (final master's work) - dissertation, project work or internship - in a total of 42 credits (of which 12 credits are obtained in the 3rd semester).
