Introduction
The fundamental axes of the Master's degree in Bioenergy are the assessment of available resources for the production of bioenergy and the study of sustainable technologies for the conversion of biomass and waste, in the context of the European Directive on the Promotion of the Use of Energy from Renewable Sources (EU Directive 2018/2001 of 11 December 2018) and the European Waste Directive (EU Directive 2018/851 of 30 May 2018). Masters in Bioenergy acquire concepts and tools necessary to intervene in the areas of biomass production, bioenergy and biomaterials including the valorization of waste and effluents through integrated strategies of Bioeconomics and Circular Economy.
