Specialisations
- Behaviour Change
What determines human behaviour? How can we change people's behaviour? What motivates us as people? In the Master's specialisation in Behavioural Change, you will learn how to examine behavioural influencing in a scientific manner and you will learn how to apply this knowledge to practical situations. At the end of your studies, you will have specialist knowledge of the behavioural change. You will be able to apply this expertise in numerous types of jobs, such as any of the following: advertising or marketing expert, information officer, communication consultant, project manager, policy officer, researcher or, for example, prevention expert for the public health service. You could also set up your own consulting firm or research company. - Work, Organisation & Health
How healthy is The New Way of Working? How do you prevent burnout or stress? How do you engage and captivate young employees? These are the kinds of questions on which you will learn to advise in your capacity as a work and organisation psychologist or an occupational health psychologist. In this Master’s specialisation, you will learn how to analyse the quality of work and the behaviour of employees, managers, teams and functional groups through the use of theoretical frameworks and models. You also learn how to apply interventions focused at employees, the quality of work, or the organisation, enabling employees to function optimally. This master specialisation focuses on three specific areas, which are clearly recognisable in the professional field: occupational and health psychology, personnel psychology (HRM), and organisational psychology.
