Introduction

Presentation
The path aims to contextualize the role of the Risk function in the bank following the recent regulatory interventions of prudential supervision.
The first part takes into consideration the duties of the Risk Manager within the new internal control system and the optimal interactions with the other corporate functions.
Subsequently, the first and second level risks are tackled with an interactive and concrete methodology in order to provide all the corporate functions that need to evaluate strategies on a daily basis (including General Managers and Members of the Board of Directors), the operational tools to introduce and maintain all the adequate second-level controls required by legislation and best practice.
It is the only Master in Italy:
- with a modular structure that allows you to customize the training objectives of each, with a subdivision into levels of knowledge ranging from the simplest Basic Level to the most advanced Advanced Certified, for those who want the best;
- to be Approved at European level;
- to issue the RCA CERT ® certification
- to have brought together the leading Experts on Risk Management with over 25 years of experience;
- with a duration of 8 months – 21 modules
- which provides for a final written and oral exam with an external commission, an element that officially certifies the acquisition of skills;
- that at the end of the course requires enrollment in the Certified Risk Managers Register;
- provided by a specialist division of an ASFOR Associated Management School;
- which adds E-Learning attendance to that in the classroom, allowing you to constantly monitor learning;
- to offer its learners uninterrupted access, for 365 days a year, to the E-Learning platform with continuous updates on the latest news.
Curriculum
Structure
21 modules in Blended mode (11 classroom + 10 e-learning)
The Master lasts 8 months and is organized in 21 modules attended in Blended mode. Each module requires attendance of 1 day in the classroom and 3 weeks in e-learning: the e-learning module follows the classroom module temporally, deepening the topics and allowing the certification of the outgoing skills through the administration of verification tests with an average daily commitment of about 10 minutes. The teaching of the Master foresees an important pragmatic activity dedicating the afternoon of the classroom days to the practical analysis of real cases, proposed by the students themselves in the days preceding the intervention, and subject to analysis and plenary discussion or exercise guided by the teacher. In subsequent years, those who achieve the Advanced Level are entitled to the frequency of the Upgrade at a reduced price.
