MSOE is a private, non-profit university located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA that was founded in 1903. We offer bachelor and master's degree programs in engineering, business and nursing.
MSOE students are bright, creative, hard-working and fun to be around. Ours is a close-knit community of 2,500 students. Whether it’s involvement in academic pursuits, internship opportunities or taking advantage of social activities on campus, MSOE students are interested in real-world experience.
Our faculty are passionate about teaching, and here, that is their main focus. Many come to the university with varied experiences working in industry, and use their practical knowledge to inform their teaching and benefit our students. Small class sizes (an average of 21 students per undergraduate class, 10 students per graduate class and 11 students per lab) keep instructors in close contact with students. Additionally, many volunteer as mentors to first-year students in order to enrich student learning and strengthen student-faculty relationships.
