The Da Vinci Institute has established itself as a leader in South Africa in the provision of learning development programmes. All Da Vinci programmes are based on action learning principles, including formal interventions, work experiences, portfolios and the assessment and recognition of prior learning.
In South Africa our experience base is varied and includes both private and public sector operations including regional government and para-statal operations. Based on a return on training rands invested, our South African client base is recording significant benefits. (Telkom SA, Eskom, Financial Intelligence Centre, GCRA, Anglo Platinum, Altech, FNB, IDC, Investec, African Bank, Altech, Anglo Gold Ashanti, JP Morgan, MTN, BASF amongst others). The Da Vinci Institute is a business-to-business operation which prides itself in being in partnership with a number of private and public sector operations. Accent is placed on the notion of an Associate Model in which The Institute and its associates co-develop educational and learning interventions which are applied to the industry to meet the specific requirements of the client.
