Introduction

The international University is formed on August 3, 2006 as Academy of Innovative technologies.

After implementation of license requirements and preparation in 2008 obtained the license for training of specialists of higher education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic АЛ №.480 in the Management direction 521500 and in the specialty 521501 “Management of the organization (on areas)” .

The selection committee started working since August, 2008 and the first set made only 17 students in “Management of the organization” with specialization “Management of innovative activity in scientific and technical and production spheres”.

Day of creation of the International University of innovative technologies is 17 th November, 2008. The second set was carried out already in own building of the administrative case of the former plant Electronic Computer in 2009.

The first President of the International university of innovative technologies was Ormonbekov Tynymbek Ormonbekovich. Laureate of the State award of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of science and equipment, the honored worker of science and equipment of the Kyrgyz Republic, the corresponding member of National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Academician of Engineering academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Academy of the International engineering academy, the member of the New York Academy, the State councilor of the Kyrgyz Republic of the second class, the Doctor of Engineering Science, professor Ormonbekov Tynymbek Ormonbekovich worked in 2009-2011.

For the purpose of training of specialists, the multicriterial problems of practice possessing skills, International university of innovative technologies covers system of continuous education “school – lyceum – college – HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION”.

University has the different directions and profiles of training of specialists in area as are natural – technical and social and economic, humanitarian specialties. Wide-profile fundamental training of students who can continue training in magistracy, postgraduate study and doctoral studies is conducted. Intuit is the center of the high innovative technologies, cultures and educations.

Since 2006 as Rector of the International University of innovative technologies works Begaliyev Ulugbek Turdaliyevich. Begaliyev Ulugbek Turdaliyevich is Candidate of Technical Sciences, the member of the International Association of engineers on seismic construction ( EERI, USA), member of the International Society of engineers on seismic protection (ASSISi, Italy), the member of scientific and technical council of the State agency on construction and regional development at the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Laureate of a gold medal of the International fund of Mustapha Kamala Ataturk for science and equipment, Excellent of Education K.R., Academician of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic Kazakhstan on mechanical engineering and transport.

According to the Resolution of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic “About establishment of two-level structure of higher education in the Kyrgyz Republic” of August 23, 2011 №496 and the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 16, 2012 the University passed №244/1 since 2012 to two-level training of bachelors and carries out reception in the following directions and profiles:

The main strategic objective of University is realization of complete system of preparation and retraining of personnel for work in the field of innovative and information technologies and business activity, protection of copyright for educational, scientific institutions, the organizations and the enterprises, bodies of the public and municipal administration promoting advance of goods and services on the internal and international markets, innovative activity in scientific and technical and production spheres.

The university has all necessary conditions for implementation of research activity on the basis of use of modern educational and information technologies. Since the second year, the element of specialization of the student in the chosen direction is brought in educational process. In each academic year by the student is carried out not less than one scientific work. The teaching staff of university gives help and support in implementation of student’s scientific and creative projects.

In educational process modern educational technologies, the providing high level and quality control of training of specialists are accepted. All this are possible to carefully picked up teaching staff. Most of teachers of University are doctors and candidates of science.

At deficiency of experts in the innovative sphere there is a special need in the shots which are directly organizing innovative projects and developing innovates as science. Therefore training of specialists in this direction has to be based on the program of interdisciplinary training. Such aspiration is characteristic for the program of universities of Europe and America uniting engineering, information technologies and business management.

The most important directions of university are development of interindustry specialties which can solve interdisciplinary problems. For them interinstitutional laboratories are created (“Composite materials”, “Basalt fibers”, “Applied physics and electrical equipment”, etc.).

To our university research work of the faculty in common with students for education of the last in the spirit of requirements of modern science and equipment, opportunity to impart them skills of independent work, and also professional development of teachers and development of research works are characteristic in Intuit. The center of a transfer and commercialization of technologies supports the university business ideas and drafts of the offer on introduction of innovative technologies arriving from all students and the faculty. The center promotes the international centers of a transfer of technologies and science and Technology Park.

Intuit is one of 17 members of the Center of space researches and technologies of education in the countries of Asia and the Pacific Ocean (CSSTEAP) which are covered by 57 countries. Annually the university sends for scientific training of young shots and teachers for implementation of joint projects and research works with use of the most modern innovative technology in the field of geographic information systems, researches from space, electronic studying, computer modeling and information systems. Annual participation of university in Board of directors of CSSTEAP allows to strengthen cooperation and to develop joint plans for the next years.

Educational, training and scientific training are connected with Institute of technology of Karlsruhe (Germany) and the Potsdam geophysical center (GFZ, Germany). Annually we exchange experience of research works and release of joint publications in the leading magazines of the world.

Employees of Intuit are the acting members of the International association of engineers in aseismic construction (EERI, the USA), the International society of engineers in the field of aseismic systems (ASSISi, Italy) and cooperate in different areas of modern construction, applied informatics, information systems and technologies and automatic control. The received database and publications fill up a library stock of university scientific information center. Membership in the specified associations allow preferential participation in the international scientific and practical conferences and seminars, and also in joint projects. At the initiative of EERI the staff of our university participated in development of the World Encyclopedia of designs of residential buildings of the countries of the world (WHE).

With the neighboring countries the university cooperates with universities from Kazakhstan (KAZNTU named after Satpayev, KAZSU named after Al-Farabi, Kaynar University, KIFBA, Synergy University), Russia (Institute of oceanlogy named after P.P. Shirshov of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Lomonosov’s Moscow State University, Moscow State University of economy, statistics and informatics of MESI, the Moscow financial and industrial academy –Synergy University, Syktyvkar state university, the St. Petersburg national research university of information technologies, mechanics and optics, the Ural state university named after B. N. Yeltsin, etc.).

Our university cooperates with the leading research academic and branch institutes (Institute of physics and technology problems and materials science of J. Jeenbayev NAS KR, Central Asian institute of applied researches of Earth, KYRGYZNIIPSS, Promproyekt, etc.) in the Kyrgyz Republic.
