Chemistry is an ever-growing field of central importance in society, even in areas that are not traditionally associated with Chemistry. The demand for people with good knowledge of Chemistry is growing, and the labour market for students with a Master s degree in Chemistry is strong.

After graduating, you can work in both the private and public sectors, for example with research and development, nature conservation and environmental protection. Knowledge within analytical chemistry is attractive in almost all areas that require chemical profiling. You may also choose to continue with a doctoral programme.

Entry Requirements

A Bachelor?s degree in Science with a minimum of 120 HEC in chemistry, or equal qualifications. To provide the requirement in English by an internationally recognized test, for example TOEFL, IELTS, the English proficiency should be equivalent to the level of English 6/English Course B from Swedish Upper Secondary School.

Selection is based upon the number of credit points from previous university studies, maximum 225 hec.
