The objective of the graduate (M.P.A.) curriculum is to provide more depth and breadth in accounting and related subjects than can be accomplished in a four-year program. Enrollment in the program is limited to those students who show a high probability of success. The program leading to the MPA is essentially the culmination of a five-year program. A student who earns the bachelor's degree with a major in accounting may normally complete the MPA program with one year's additional work.
