This pioneering programme addresses the complexity of science, technology, and innovation (STI) management and policy to equip students with knowledge and skills that are frequently in short supply at companies and public institutions. Students gain a global perspective on STI issues and the ability to make assessments taking into account the relevant scientific, social, and ethical dimensions.
Over the course of the programme, students receive instruction at HSE Moscow, take courses at HSE's international partner universities, do internships in Russia or abroad, and undertake a master's thesis during their final semester of study. Through this varied 2-year course of study, the programme combines theoretical education and practical experience, both in Russia and abroad.
