An education in real estate can prepare students for a variety of careers in the field of managing and dealing in property. Programs will vary, but some of the classes offered may include vacancy management, marketing, financial instruments, communication, appraisals, commercial property and business ethics.

Australia has a subsidized higher education for students pursuing the undergraduate degrees. They also give loan and grants for the post graduate students. Higher learning starts at undergraduate degree level to a doctoral degree offered in any field of study.
