The I/O Psychology program offers flexibility in designing a unique course of study for each graduate student. Learning outcomes In this practitioner-oriented program students of I/O Psychology will have a variety of learning opportunities. Graduates of the program can expect to learn how to: Use research and measurement skills to solve practical workplace issues Apply the principles of psychology to human resource and leadership challenges Address complex issues brought forth by the current multi-generational workforce Design, implement and analyze the effectiveness of workplace programs Research and improve the quality of work environments Become skilled in conflict management Incorporate legal and ethical considerations into workplace policy and practices Degree Requirements The Master’s in I/O Psychology consists of 36 credits; 12 courses including a capstone field or research project. At a pace of 3 courses per semester, degree requirements may be completed in as little as 18 months. On-ground Business courses are held at an accelerated pace of 8 weeks while Psychology courses are held in a traditional format of 16 weeks. Master in Organizational Psychology

 This Master teaches about human behavior with deep theoretical-practical content, allowing facing the psychological problems in a scientific an interdisciplinary fashion. The program promotes the development of the necessary abilities to perform the professional activities of organizational psychology.

This program consists of five core courses and two dedicated to methodological foundations, which revise the theoretical and practical aspects of psychology. Eleven theoretical-practical courses on organizational orientation will promote the acquisition of consulting abilities, topping up with and two thesis seminars.
