All together with respect to the world economy dynamics, political instability and population growth worry about the prospects of energy security. It means that management in extracting industry faces new challenges going further than standard risks variations. Managers of oil and gas extracting companies have to take into account social, political, economic, environmental and legal aspects beyond decisions they make. Aim of the MEP “Oil and Gas Management” is to train highly qualified analysts and decision-makers, who are ready to work effectively for the needs of future oil and gas industry both in regional and in global context and who are able to meet challenges the industry face today and will face tomorrow. Along with specific design the MEP is tailored to meet all the requirements of the state educational standard in the field “Management”. General Eligibility The MEP “Oil and Gas Management” is open both for foreign students and graduates of the Russian higher education institutions (including bachelor graduates of NRU NSU). The entrant to the MEP should have an educational diploma (certificate or some analogous document) on program of level of a bachelor degree or of a specialist qualification.
