This master's aims at: developing skills of critical analysis of education institutions, organisations, non-formal contexts, training departments and of human resource management, among others, with particular emphasis on the policies and practices of training, work and on the human resource management; providing conceptual and methodological alternative models that contribute to the assignment of other ways to the training, work and management experiences and to the construction of original and theoretically consolidated projects; developing leadership skills of programmes and projects, as well as of education and training departments and of human resource management, and also identification, recognition, validation and certification skills of non-formal and informal learning of lifelong training; and developing research skills in the field of training, work and human resource management.
