The School of Engineering is a recently-established and modern School which offers Honours Degrees of MEng & BEng, and postgraduate opportunities in a wide range of topics across the spectrum of engineering activity.

It has a large undergraduate population of around 600 students and approximately 75 postgraduate researchers, and is the only genuine School of General Engineering in Scotland.

The School is located, mainly, in the Fraser Noble Building and the major laboratories are being upgraded at a cost of some £8M.
