Master in Automotive Engineering The Department of Automotive Engineering is part of Korea's high-technology development strategy to reinforce the international competitiveness of our auto industry. The Department of Automotive Engineering was established in 1992 as a special department, and it is one of the departments in auto engineering established in three renowned engineering colleges in Korea. Since the integration of the Department of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering in 1997 owing to the initiation of the faculty system, the Department of Automotive Engineering was reorganized. However, the college has since reverted to the original system with a separate Department of Automotive Engineering and School of Mechanical Engineering. Aside from having the best research facilities, our department also has the best teaching staff in the field of auto mechanics and high-technology education.
