Before becoming a university campus, the Institute for Social and European Studies Foundation had already had a 20- year-long activity providing postgraduate training programs in Kőszeg. The International Studies MA and Cultural Heritage Management postgraduate programs have offered courses in collaboration with Hungarian or other European universities in English and in Hungarian language for international and local students. The Foundation has organized summer universities annually for two decades, the topics of which have always covered different, currently urgent social scientific issues.
