The medium of instruction, examination and the language of the project reports is English. ThesisWork Thesis shall be carried out under the supervision of a qualified teacher in the concerned department. A candidate may, however, in certain cases, be permitted to work on the project in an Industrial / Research Organization, based on the recommendations of HOD, with the approval of the Head of the Institution. In such cases, the thesis shall be jointly supervised by a supervisor of the department and an expert from the organization and the student shall be instructed to meet the supervisor periodically and to attend the review committee meetings for evaluating the progress. The thesis shall be pursued for a minimum of 15 weeks during the final semester. Every candidate doing M.Arch. shall be encouraged to send a paper for publication in a Journal or a Conference based on his/her thesis work.
