Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

The Master’s program in Electrical and Electronic Engineering responds to the growing needs of interconnected sectors of science and technology and will educate highly competitive researchers and professionals in the fields of electrical and electronics engineering.
Three main orientations are offered:
- Electronics and Micro-electronics
- Information Technologies
- Power Conversion and Systems
In addition to attending regular lectures offered by our internationally recognized professors, students participate in various laboratories and group projects. The Master's program in Electrical and Electronic Engineering covers both theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the discipline.
Students will be prepared for a wide variety of professions in electronics (micro, nano, RF, VLSI), information technologies (RF and antenna engineering, photonics, signal and image processing and analysis, multimedia communications, multimodal data processing, electrical energy (mechatronics, power electronics and systems, electric drives, efficient conversion and storage, renewable energies), biomedical instruments and space applications and technologies.
Our Master is an excellent preparation for both research at the PhD level and professional activities in top-notch industries and technology companies.
MSc Program Structure
This is a 1 1/2-year program (90 ECTS credits).
Students can choose to extend their program to 120 ECTS by
a complementary 30 ECTS Minor in:
• Biomedical Technologies
• Space Technologies
• Management, Technology and Entrepreneurship
• Contemporary Asian Studies
a 30 ECTS internship (4-6 months) instead of the 8-week internship included in the program.
