Master of Management
This programme provides students with a robust concept of strategic or general management and ability to apply and integrate multidisciplinary perspectives. It provides students with the knowledge of functional concepts and processes such as production, marketing, finance and information management which are part of most organisations and an understanding of the human dimensions of management both in general and in particular in the areas of organisation theory, human resource management and interpersonal communications. Students will be equipped with knowledge of change management and leadership skill required in its implementation. Linking theory with practice underlies the distinctive approach of the programme. This is reflected in assignments and exercises which are designed to link contemporary knowledge to current management problems in the region.
