Master of Conflict Management and Resolution explores cause and effect of conflict and focuses on developing advanced critical analysis, negotiation, mediation, relationship management and conflict resolution strategies across a range of dispute contexts.


Master of Conflict Management and Resolution course is designed to provide a solid foundation of practical skills and theory for resolving disputes with a strong focus on developing knowledge, skills and techniques of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which have a common application in most human contexts involving negotiation, mediation and communication.
