SGML's innovative MALM program brings successful people together from a wide variety of fields, who bring their unique perspectives to the art of solving complex problems.

Students focus on the principles and practical skills necessary for effective organizational leadership, including teamwork, communication skills, visioning and change, global thinking, sustainability, ethics, technological innovation, and organizational performance.

Applicants to the program - such as medical professionals, engineers, educational specialists, and service-industry leaders - share objectives to:
