The Real Madrid Graduate School - Universidad Europea is based on the experience of the most important sports club in the world and the rigor of Universidad Europea to offer a benchmark Master in the field of sports.
Through the Master in Talent Identification and Development in Soccer, students acquire basic and specialist expertise in the methods of identifying, capturing and developing soccer talent; leadership in talent management; the skills for managing soccer teams, schools and academies; and the application of new technologies for understanding and assessing players in training and competition situations in order to develop their capabilities.
At the same time, they analyze the different models and programs for training soccer talent developed by leading professional soccer clubs.

The Master in Talent Identification and Development in Soccer follows the case study method (analyzing real cases provided by the professors based on their experience), together with the theoretical and practical study of each subject within the curriculum.
Students will enjoy a stay abroad to learn about the work carried out at one of the most prestigious European clubs in the field of talent identification and development. The visit will take place at the facilities of a top international soccer club.*
(*) The club where this visit will take place is pending confirmation. The choice will depend on the availability of the European clubs. In the 2012-13 academic year, Master students visited Ajax of Amsterdam and its Youth Academy, and learned about the different programs of its talent development department: “Ajax Talent Development”, “Ajax Scouting” and “Coach the Coach”.
