Postgraduate Certificate/Postgraduate Diploma/MSc
“The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself.” Peter F. Drucker
Vocationally orientated, this course equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to become a critically informed marketing professional.
Designed to develop your understanding and competence in marketing, you will study a range of core and developing topics in this customer orientated business discipline. You will develop a strong understanding of how marketing interacts with and contributes to other key areas within an organisation. Consumer analysis, brand communications, marketing research, strategic marketing, service contexts, international marketing and e-marketing are all central features of this degree.
The course culminates in a dissertation — enabling you to specialise in an area of marketing that you find particularly fascinating, and which you may wish to pursue in your marketing career.
If you have a relevant postgraduate diploma or professional award (such as a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Professional Postgraduate Diploma) then you may be able to join this programme at an advanced level.
