Entry Requirements

Potential students must have:

  • A good first degree (at least Second Class Lower Division) in Finance, Economics, Commerce; Accounting, or other finance related degrees or;
  • A good first degree in other non-finance related discipline (e.g. Engineering, IT, Science, and Social Science) from a recognised University with at least 3 years work experience in finance related work.

Course Structure

Students will be expected to follow a one calendar year programme leading to the award of MSc. in Development Finance upon successful completion. The academic year will start in August each year and end in July each year. There will be two semesters and students will be expected to take six courses per semester. Participants also have to complete a long essay.

Semester 1

Students will take 4 core courses and 2 electives courses during the first semester.
