This innovative course enables you to achieve two M-level degrees, from two different universities, faster and at a lower cost than taking them one after the other. It's an opportunity to make a major impact on your career in a relatively short period of time, broadening your horizons and giving you sought-after international exposure.
You will begin by exploring the core areas of International Business here at Nottingham Business School. You will then build on this by studying for a term at one of our acclaimed partner institutions (ISCTE in Lisbon, Portugal; KEDGE in Marseille, France; ESC Clermont in France, or Brescia University in Italy).
There are a number of specialised routes offered at KEDGE, three Marketing-based (Brand Management, Luxury and Brand Management and Sport and Events Management) and one Finance-based. If you decide to spend your study overseas at ESC Clermont, you could receive either an MSc International Business Development or an MSc International Project Management.
If you choose to study at ISCTE, you will study the MSc International Management, which covers a range of modules in finance, entrepreneurship, HRM, international business, consultancy and strategy, with the option to choose one elective. Students that choose the University of Brescia will be awarded an MSc Management and International Business, with modules in leadership, logistics, quantitative methods, marketing, optimisation analysis and a foreign language.
This is followed by a valuable 12-week internship in the UK or overseas, giving you first-hand experience in an internationally focused role. It's an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in a different culture or get involved in the international activities of a UK business.
Finally, you will return to Nottingham to undertake an in-depth research project, developing new knowledge in a specific area of interest.
