Applicants with educational qualifications at a level lower than an undergraduate degree will also be considered but will be asked to provide evidence of capability to successfully complete a programme of study at HEM level. Typically, these applicants may be asked to complete a short assignment that would be assessed at interview by the programme leader. If applicants have previously completed the Certificate in Personnel Practice or the Certificate in Human Resourcing Practice, they will be assessed on an appropriate piece of work from that programme.
