Ideally, you will have, or be expecting, an excellent undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, such as finance, economics, or business administration from a UK university or the equivalent from an overseas university. You must have achieved a good standard in mathematics, economics, and statistics/econometrics at undergraduate level.
Don’t have an undergraduate degree in a finance related subject?
We can also consider excellent (high 2.i or equivalent) degrees in other subject areas that demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills eg statistics, maths, physics or engineering.
English language requirements
IELTS 7.0 - all four languages elements have to be scored 6.0+, with maximum of two language components at lowest level 6.0 or 6.5
PTE Academic 70 - with 51+ in every section
CPE Grade C (CEFR level C2) or above
CAE Grade C - scoring 60+, no worse than 3 component results at borderline and 1 at weak
TOEFL 100 – minimum language components L21, R22, W21, S23
