This course is suitable for students interested in both technical problems and life sciences. This is a practice-related higher education course learning how to integrate environmental knowledge and technical measures to reduce the negative impact of human activity on environment. The program focuses on rural areas, but also includes a wide range of problems in industrial and urban landscape.
The Environmental Engineering and Protection studies delivers a comprehensive training in rational management of natural resources but also in forecasting, assessing, preventing and restoring the effects of human impact on the environment. Studies are interdisciplinary, related to ecological and environmental principles integrated with engineering solutions and involving of most recent and advanced technologies. A graduate has knowledge how reduce the negative impact of human activity using biological and technical measures. The program of this course focuses particularly on the rural environment, but also includes a wide range of problems in industrial and urban landscape.
The study program includes issues related to the theoretical and practical aspects of protection and environmental engineering, which is divided into seven subject groups.
