MA in School Administration
LMU's Institute of School Leadership and Administration (ISLA) prepares you to serve as an ethical, respectful, and transformative educational administrator and leader. Based on your professional goals, you can select from one of several Master's, credential, and certificate program options.
The School of Education is proud to partner with local public, private, and Catholic schools. LMU is also recognized as an innovator in Charter School leadership; we offer an innovative, cutting-edge Charter School Leadership Academy to serve current and aspiring charter school administrators.
LMU's MA in School Administration is a rigorous, 34-unit program designed to prepare current and aspiring educational administrators and leaders. Based on your academic and professional background and career goals, the MA may be taken as a stand-alone program, be combined with an LMU leadership certificate program, or (for applicants who hold a valid California base credential and have a minimum of three years full-time experience with that credential) be combined with LMU's Preliminary Administrative Services (Tier I) Credential program.
