Profile of the Programme:
i. The students attain a broad understanding of the political, social and economic evolution of the international system in the 20th century as well as the new evolving international environment.
ii. The role of law, business and diplomacy in the international system will form a vital part of this understanding.
iii. The relative political and economic power of states, the role of international organizations such as the United Nations, and the existence of conflict will provide major foci for the program as a whole.
Graduates of this program go on to work in many different positions, both in the public sector as well as the private sector. Ministries within the Republic of Cyprus, United Nations and its associated agencies, non-governmental organizations, mass media and political parties, businesses, and banks.
