The goal of the program is to provide students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge in electronics, to prepare for highly qualified specialists who can work with modern electronic equipment and who oversees the design, maintenance and repair fields of electronic equipment.
Studies are organised in the form of lectures, seminars, laboratory works and also students work practice to a significant extent (39 ECTS) in electronics companies.
Main courses offered include: Antenna Engineering; RF and Microwave devices; Radio receiving & transmitting systems; Automatic Control Systems; Engineering applications using LabWiev.
Students of this programme gain an in-depth of theoretical knowledge and understanding of the latest developments in electronics sector, which provides the basis for creative work in research or electronics companies, including different inter- branch fields; can apply the acquired knowledge in practice, can design, install, diagnose the electronic hardware, servicing and repairs.
The graduates of this programme are usually employed in the electronics companies or similar sectors such as wireless communications or telecommunications companies.
